What We Do
Our mission is to partner with small and medium businesses through flexible, remote HR support, while still valuing the chance to meet owners in person to deepen trust and strengthen workplace outcomes.
We work with businesses from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast, and further for those that are happy with fully remote services!

Clear, practical guidance for managers and business owners on day‑to‑day HR matters, compliance, and people management.
Restructures and Organisational Change
Workforce planning, redundancy processes, change management advice and implementation support.
Employee Relations
Support with underperformance, conflict resolution, mediation, warnings, and termination processes.
Contracts, Policies and Documentation
Employment contracts, position descriptions, HR policies, procedures, letters and formal documentation.

Independent, confidential investigations into bullying, harassment, misconduct or complex workplace concerns.
Training and Coaching
Capability building for leaders in performance management, feedback, people leadership and HR fundamentals.
Banksia HR works mostly on referrals from happy clients. We offer hourly or project based rates and are not a subscription based service. For many of our clients, our services are a few hours to a few months, and then we remain available to help when you need it most.
